Feeling better and achieving better health sometimes takes simply knowing how to start.   Talking to someone who can help you understand what is important in your daily routines can be very helpful in achieving your health improvement or weight loss goals.

During your Wellness consultation sessions you meet with your wellness coach to:

  • Discuss wellness goals and current health and lifestyle statusHealth Coaching
  • Assess your readiness for change
  • Create and work on short and long-term goals
  • Identify barriers and problem solving strategies
  • Create a custom nutrition plan specifically for your body type
  • Learn about  types of exercise that would be best for you
  • Learn how to meditate
  • Understand the importance of relaxation and quality sleep
